My stay at Adiwana d'Nusa Resort was enjoyable, particularly thanks to the comfortable Lagoon room and the beautiful beach setting. However, the rocky seabed made access to the water challenging, and some aspects of the service could use improvement. Overall, it was a nice experience despite a few drawbacks.

While the food at the restaurant was excellent, I found the service at the front desk lacking. The staff was friendly, especially Fauzan and Dewa Artawan, but some aspects, like the handling of room requests and breakfast issues, could really use improvement.
